My research interests focus on understanding the interplay between human, information, and technology, including theories and applications related to human information behaviour and social impact of the Internet. My current research projects include collaborative information seeking in tourism context and human-information interactions by disadvantaged groups including indigenous communities in Australia and immigrants.
