My research interests focus on understanding the interplay between human, information, and technology, including theories and applications related to human information behaviour, social impact of digital technologies, and data governance and privacy. My current research projects include collaborative information seeking in tourism and human-information-technology interactions by marginalised groups including Indigenous communities in Australia and international immigrants.
